Vegetable Biryani

INGREDIENTS: Basmati rice, ghee oil, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, chopped minchi & coriander leaves, ginger, garlic, sliced tomatoes and onions, curry & chilli powder, curd, mixed vegetables, stock

First add chopped ginger, garlic and cinnamon and cook for a few minutes.
Then add sliced onions and powders
Add sliced tomatoes and leaves
Add stock and well-washed and well-soaked rice
Stir well
When the rice and water level are equal add the curd and rose water and mix well
Cover the pan and cook until the biryani is ready
