Cream Caramel


3-4 eggs
500g milk
75-100g sugar
Vanilla

Firstly beat the eggs and the sugar
After that add the milk and vanilla essence
Put in a water bath and steam for 35 minutes
Caramelize the sugar and pour into moulds
Let it set, make an egg custard and pour into the moulds
