Angry Customer

This is a telephone conversation.
A customer called an insurance company. He was angry and scolded the company about a claim. When the officer asked him the policy number he gave a wrong one.
Even though the officer told him that the number was wrong he didn't worry about it and continued telling the officer off.
The officer waited until he had stopped talking and asked, "What is the vehicle registration number for the claim?"
The customer replied, "This is not about a motor claim. It's about life assurance."
