The Fox and the Crow

There was a greedy fox in a forest. It felt hungry. He wondered how to find something to eat.
At the same time there was a crow with a piece of cheese in its beak.
The fox said to the crow: "You are a very handsome bird and your voice is beautiful. I'd like to hear you sing."
The crow, flattered by the fox, opened its beak to sing and as it did so the piece of cheese fell to the ground.
The fox picked up the piece of cheese and went away smiling to himself.

Angry Customer

This is a telephone conversation.
A customer called an insurance company. He was angry and scolded the company about a claim. When the officer asked him the policy number he gave a wrong one.
Even though the officer told him that the number was wrong he didn't worry about it and continued telling the officer off.
The officer waited until he had stopped talking and asked, "What is the vehicle registration number for the claim?"
The customer replied, "This is not about a motor claim. It's about life assurance."

As Old as an Elephant

There were two animals in the jungle: an elephant and a mouse.
When the elephant was sleeping he felt something hit his body. Suddenly he woke up to see a little mouse in front of him.
"How old are you Mr. Elephant?" the mouse asked.
"Eight years old" the elephant replied. "And how old are you?"
"I'm also eight. But I wasn't feeling very well for those eight years, and that's why you are bigger than me!"
